CoinZoom exchange offers all necessary tools to make sure that your account is properly secured. You can personalize your Two-factor authentication for all or some of the actions like:  

Login, Withdrawal, Changing Password, Changing Bank Account or Creating a new key in API. In two-step, resolve verification can be used e-mail or Google Authenticator on your smartphone.

All CoinZoom accounts are verified. Whether you are trading crypto to crypto or FIAT to crypto all accounts are required to complete AML and KYC procedures.

Participating in an ICO directly from CoinZoom exchange wallet is not possible. We recommend participating in an ICO from a wallet which private keys you control.

You can easily create an account by typing in your email address, password and specifying your country of residence.

The minimum password length is 7 characters but it is highly recommended that you use a random, alphanumeric password at least 32 characters. Remember not to use a password that you use anywhere else, especially for the email address you sign up with!

CoinZoom exchange takes every measure to make your account and data as secure as possible. However, we recommend using two-factor authentication which forces typing in confirmation code before making selected actions.

To get confirmation codes you can either use your email address or your smartphone with Google Authenticator app. 

To set up Google Authenticator simply scan QR code from CoinZoom exchange in your app.

After choosing your method of authentication select which types of operations need two-step verification

To confirm this change you need to either enter confirmation code from your email or from Google Authenticator.

  • Go to Account section (http://demo.CoinZoom.com/#!account)
  • Choose Withdrawal settings
  • Click edit and type in your Bank Name, Account Number, Name of the account holder, Swift code, Bank Address, City, Postcode and Country
  • Save it
  • Go to Wallets section (http://demo.CoinZoom.com/#!wallets)
  • Choose Withdrawal button in US Dollar section
  • Specify the amount of money you want to transfer to your bank account
  • Go to Wallets section (http://demo.CoinZoom.com/#!wallets)
  • Choose Deposit button in the chosen crypto section
  • Here you can find the address of your wallet. You can copy it or scan QR code.
  • Send crypto to your CoinZoom wallet

Take a note that deposits might be confirmed by CoinZoom exchange manually

  • Go to Wallets section (http://demo.CoinZoom.com/#!wallets)
  • Choose Withdrawal button in the chosen crypto section
  • Type in the address of the wallet you want to send crypto to
  • Specify the crypto amount you want to send
  • Click Withdraw button

Using the Active Orders section in Orders tab (http://demo.CoinZoom.com/#!orders) you can manage all your unfilled orders. Details of the order are constantly updated. 

You can cancel your entire order or part of it - if it already got filled partially.

Each order shows the following details:

  • Market - currency pair where the order is placed
  • Order ID
  • Total volume - size of the placed order
  • Volume filled - the size of the order which already has been executed
  • Order Type - Type of the order (Market, Limit, Stop)
  • Open Time - an Open time of the order
  • Order Price - the predefined price at which order will be executed
  • Locked margin - the amount of money blocked on your wallet until order will be filled
  • Amount(USD) - the amount of the order converted to USD
  • Actual price - a price which is currently on the market

Using the Transaction history section in Orders tab (http://demo.CoinZoom.com/#!orders) you can manage your account history. You can specify data range and export your report to CSV.

Each executed order shows the following details:

  • Market - currency pair where the order was executed
  • Side - type of order
  • Time - open time
  • Order ID - the unique identifier of the order
  • Order Price - the price at which order was executed
  • Volume - the size of the order
  • Amount - quantity of the sold currency (buy order) or bought (sell order)
  • Amount(USD) - the amount of the order converted to USD
  • Commission - the value of commission paid for executing the order

Using the Canceled orders section in Orders tab (http://demo.CoinZoom.com/#!orders) you can manage your canceled unfilled orders. You can specify data range and export your report to CSV. Each executed order shows the following details:

  • Market - currency pair where the order was placed
  • Order ID - the unique identifier of the order
  • Total volume - size of the placed order
  • Order Type - a type of the order (Market, Limit or Stop)
  • Open Time - an open time of the order
  • Order Price - the predefined price at which order would be executed
  • Locked margin - the amount of money that was blocked on your wallet
  • Amount(USD)- the amount of the order converted to USD
  • Type - Type of the order (Market, Limit, Stop)
