Maker fees are paid when you add liquidity to our order book by placing a Limit order that is below the market if you are buying and above the market if you are selling.*

Maker fees also are paid when you add liquidity to our order book by placing a Stop order that is below the market if you are selling and above the market if you are buying.*

Taker fees are paid when you remove liquidity from our order book by placing an order that is matched with an order that is already resting in the order book.*

Trading Discounts: If you hold ZOOM tokens in your account AND use ZOOM tokens to pay your trading fees, you can receive up to a 50% Discount on your trading fees. (See Trading discount levels below)**

* ACH deposits take 3-4 business days to post to your account and are available on the day of deposit for trading, but can't be withdrawn for 7 - 21 days. The maximum transaction amount is $500 - $10,000/day, depending on your VIP level.

** Reversal Fees
A $100 fee will be charged to your account for any returns involving debit cards, credit cards, ACH transactions, or wire transfer returns.

***Any funds deposited from your card will be held in your account for up to 7 days (generally) and up to 90 days (rarely), depending on your financial institution's policies. You can still use these funds to buy and sell crypto currencies but you will not be able to transfer the USD amount or any crypto purchased with those funds out of your account until the hold expires.

**** CoinZoom Instant takes only seconds to complete. Customers ZOOM at the Gold level receive 0.5% back in ZOOM tokens, Platinum level holding receives 1.0% back, and Black level receives 2.0% back for all CoinZoom Instant withdrawals.

Hold Periods

The Time to Post column indicates how long it normally takes for the deposit to settle between CoinZoom and the financial institution. The Hold Period column indicates the amount of time before funds can be withdrawn. You may still buy and sell on the exchange while the funds are on hold.

Hold Period

The Hold Period is the time you must wait to withdraw funds you have recently deposited into your CoinZoom account. Until your pending funds clear from your bank, you cannot withdraw them from CoinZoom or transfer any digital assets out of your account that you purchased using pending funds.

You can see when a hold expires in the Deposit History (Portfolio -> USD -> Deposit) in both the web and Pro apps.

All holds are put in place to allow sufficient time to dispute potentially fraudulent transactions. The window for debit card disputes is determined by the financial institutions' policies and CoinZoom cannot change them.

Hold times and deposit limits may change at any time, without notice and at our sole discretion due to factors beyond our control.

**If a wire is sent before 3:00 PM Eastern Time, it will be posted the next business day.
